Sadly, I didn't know that Sweeney Todd was actually a musical BEFORE the Tim Burton version. So when I got home I downloaded ALL the music, and since then have been on Youtube 24/7 watching all the old musical clips. I can't wait until this movie comes out on dvd. Quite possibly my favorite movie ever.
So...Christmas eve was awesome. Went over to Evan's apartment at 11 in the morning and took his bed apart before his dad got there to help him move it. Evan took a shower after his dad left and I stayed in the living room playing with the kitties and rifling through his belongings. He has so much junk he needs to get rid of before we move in together. Pile that together with all of the stuff I have to get rid of... we could open up our own goodwill store. It's crazy. We left and drove to his dads house out in Swannanoa. His dad sat around telling us stories about when he was a kid. How he threw a dirt ball into the window of an old lady's car and hit her in the face. Ran through a bull pen. Crazy man, but adorable. He gave us presents. Knifes. lmao. He was apologizing for giving me something so manly but I think it's awesome. I'm such a boy anyway, I might as well have a knife. He also gave Evan and I a $50 gift card to Carraba's. Which we will definitely use. Fer Sure.
Evan and I drove to my grandmas after his dad's house (after stopping at Circuit City to give Alyssa her present from me) and ate Christmas dinner. My grandma made an AMAZING dinner. Turkey and Ham and jeeze. I'm hungry again. After dinner she gave us our presents. I got new speakers for my car, and $100. And she gave Evan $20.
We went home and since Evan stayed the night (like he always does) we opened presents at 12 AM on Christmas morning. Pretty cool.
My Christmas gifts were:
- A new digital Camera (Evan)
- A new case for my camera (Matt)
- Body lotion/spray/wash and PLAYDOH (Alex)
- Speakers and $100 - Grandparents
- Swiss Army Knife, Key Chain Flashlight, $50 to Carraba's (Evan's Dad, Lee)
- A new collar for Anele (Mom)
- A shirt (don't ask) for Ophelia (Mom)
- $100 gift card to the mall (Mom)
- iHome (Mom)
- Food and water dish for my babies (Mom)
- Lipgloss (? when do I ever wear lipgloss?!?) (Mom)
- Fight Club (The book) (Evan)
Pretty cool Christmas. Freaking awesome.

I have a present for you. It's not as nice as the one from Lee. But I don't celebrate Christmas really. I'm glad you had a nice one. Wish I could have seen you and Evan. Those darn work schedules.
I tried to leave a message but blogger messed it up. So I'm only leaving this.
Christmas was pretty freaking sweet this year. So much fun. I love you so much sweetie-pie.
Christmas was...interesting. Glad I got to see you on Christmas day though. I wish you would have said something about that, heh.
I should check my mail more often so I can know when you post a new blog. And did you seriously say "hit me up"? wtf?
I love you
Aww. Awesome pictures.
Weird, both you and I got Fight Club for Christmas.
